Shipping & Returns

Kelly's Running Warehouse (KRW) strives for a seamless customer experience; information on shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds can be found below:

Free Shipping

KRW is proud to offer FREE shipping for all orders shiping anywhere in the continental (lower 48) United States, with no minimum purchase required. Some oversized items, such as fitness equipment, are excluded from free shipping and this will be noted in the shopping cart). 

Your FREE standard shipping will be automatically reflected in the shopping cart.

All in-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 24- 48 hours and arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on location. Some items may ship directly from our manufacturers.

Orders do not ship on Holidays.

KRW uses a variety of ship methods (FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, etc.) to get packages to you as fast as possible. You can expect communication (email/text) regarding your order during the entire process, from the time your order is placed until it is delivered.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order faster, KRW offers Next-Day Air service for a $20 fee. For Next-Day Air delivery to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, please allow an additional day for delivery.

Kelly's Running Warehouse only ships to addresses within the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

You can depend on hassle-free, 30 day returns when you shop at Kelly's Running Warehouse. We want you to enjoy a perfect fit and understand sometimes things just don't fit or feel right. Here are the details on returns:

  • Items in new, unworn condition can be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • A refund will be credited back to your original payment source minus any shipping charges which are non-refundable.
  • You can send your items back to us with the pre-paid UPS label that came on the order invoice in your original package or the shipping service of your choice. If you use the pre-paid UPS label, a flat $9.99 fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • If you need to print a new UPS label, follow the directions here.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for the entire returns process to be completed and credited back to your original payment method.

Making a Return

Now that you've decided to make a return, here's how you do it.

  1. Fill out the return form on the back of the invoice included in your original shipment.
  2. Pack the items you want to return along with your return form in secure packaging.
  3. Attach the pre-paid UPS Label or your own shipping label to the package and drop it off at the shipping carrier. UPS Label packages should be dropped at an approved UPS shipping location.
  4. All returns should be sent to:

Printing a New SmartLabel

In the case that your order did not come with a SmartLabel on the invoice or you no longer have it, you can print a label yourself using the directions below. Please keep in mind that $9.99 will be deducted from your return total if you ship your return with the SmartLabel you create.

  1. Visit the Create a Label page
  2. Enter your Delivery Number. Your delivery number can be found on your original invoice under Smart Label Track ID# and is usually a 9-digit number starting with 22xxxxxx.
  3. Enter your address information.
  4. Confirm your shipper information and click 'Next'.
  5. Click 'Generate Label' and print the label.
  6. Attach the label to your return package and drop it with the US Postal Office.

Tracking Your SmartLabel Return

Once your SmartLabel return package is dropped off at the US Postal Office, you should be able to begin tracking its progress back to us within a few hours.

  1. Visit the Track Your Return page.
  2. Enter your Delivery Number. Your delivery number can be found on your original invoice under Smart Label Track ID# and is usually a 9-digit number starting with 22xxxxxx.
  3. Click 'Track Label'.
