Comments about Womens Brooks PureCadence 3 Running Shoe:

Very happy with the pure cadence...there is a difference compared to the pure flow the ride was too soft and I felt as though I could not pick up speed. So I had to exchange for this pure cadence 3. I didn't think I needed any stability but the pure cadence 3 gives you just a little to keep your for from wobbling on the pavement. The sole has a combination of flat and round pod type pods on the sole. Shoes bend well, aren't stiff, The shoe has a snug wrap around the arch. Enough toe wiggle room. I like them so much I just bought another pair, 2 weeks after purchasing the first.!!!!! A nice semi soft ride. Try them this model may be for you good luck and happy running!

Comments about Womens Brooks PureConnect 3 Running Shoe:

I run 15-30 miles a week and regularly train for 5ks as well as 1/2 marathons. I'm 5'3" about 120 pounds, and always wear a neutral shoe. I originally bought these shoes for shorter races, but I use them for everyday running now. I've had a lot of various foot pain like plantar fasciitis, pain on the soles of my feet when running, other pain that sometimes happens just after running. I have professional orthodics, but I don't use them with these shoes because I never have pain with them. Like I do with most running shoes, I buy a size larger than my normal shoe size, but they fit awesome. My last pair lasted just over 300 miles and I'll buy another pair when these wear out.

      Awesome for mid-foot strikers

Comments about Womens Newton Running Lady Isaac S Running Shoe:

I feel like a grasshopper when I run in these! Awesome, lightweight construction on a shoe which supports a mid-foot striker. It takes some getting used to after wearing ASICS with the built-up heels - almost feel like I'm wearing Earth Shoes or Skechers. Instead the build-up is in the forefoot where many of us actually strike the pavement. I run about 25 miles per week mostly on city streets and have run the gamut of foot, knee, arch, and hip problems. These take the pressure off my hips, saving my energy for the run instead of the pain.

      Women's Minimalist Ride Running Shoes

You've found the happy medium between old school and new school running styles! Minimalist Running Shoes bridge the gap between barefoot and traditional running styles with hyper flexible and highly durable technology. Get the strengthening benefits of a barefoot running experience with a bit more cushioning and support. The low heel-to-toe drop of a minimalist running shoe (4-7 mm) encourages a more efficient stride, forefoot strike and better body position. Feet move more naturally with super flexible soles and wider toe boxes. Yet the key feature to the minimalist running shoe category is the extremely light weight. Minimalist shoes are a great way to transition into a new running style while gradually retraining your body and mind.
